    Since Twenty Seventeen is part of the core of WP 4.7 the title and subtitle will not been shown when a header image is used (show titel and subtitle selected).

    The Github Version works well.

    I observed the same;
    the title and tagline are somewhere on the right in larger browser windows – there is a horizontal scrollbar.
    they also come back when the browser window gets narrower.

    adding some CSS like this seems to help (might need to be inside a @media query – not tested):

    .twentyseventeen-front-page.has-header-image .site-branding, .home.blog.has-header-image .site-branding { left: 0; }

    Thank you very much, I found the title in the outback and put it back to civilization with the help of your CSS. You do not need any @media.

    But it seems, the header image is not responsive. At smaller screens it is cut on both sides.

    Hi,

    Has anyone found a fix for this issue as to the header image not being responsive?
