    The first task is distinguishing errors generated by plugins or the content used in posts and pages. You can deactivate your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.

    Actually, if you look at the errors, you can see that some are theme specific. Suggest looking at the menu/nav area.

    Can you point out which ones are theme specific? It sounds like you know this already, whereas I only have suspicions.

    For ex:

    <button class=”menu-toggle” aria-controls=”top-menu” aria-expanded=”false”><svg class=”icon icon-bars” aria-hidden=”true” role=”img”> <use href=”#icon-bars” xlink:href=”#icon-bars”>

    I don’t think I have a plugin controlling that area (multiple instances in the navigation area).

    There are other warnings too.

    Look at the report (just ignore the obvious ending tag errors which probably lie someplace else).
