    Hello y'all,

    My girlfriend is working on a site. http://www.aneve.nl
    On the left you will see that alle linkes are underlined. She wants the underline gone.
    We have tried to set all text decoration to:none. No luck.
    Who can help us get underline gone....

    And while you are helping us with this :-) The pictures on the right. How can we remove the white inbetween? She wants the pictures all connecting each other.

    Thanks so much for your help.

    John

    Hi John,
    add this to your Custom CSS:

    .site-navigation a {
         text-decoration: none;
    }

    For the images:

    #content-sidebar .widget {
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    @ kaniamea and Batharoy

    Thanks so much for your help. Just one more question because I am new to wordpress.

    Do I put this in my style.css? And is there a special place I put this?

    Thanks so much.

    If you use a child theme it can go in the style.css if not use a custom css plug-in.

    Hi everybody,

    I tried all your tips and tricks, but no succes.

    I put

    .site-navigation a {
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    and #content-sidebar .widget {
    margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    in the child theme .css. Nothing happens. Is there a special line or area where I have to put this?

    I'm having big problems trying to get twentyfourteen to not display underline on links. It's already specified :

    a {
    color: #24890d;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    in the theme as is, but the underline is still there in the content body. I've already tried all the fixes on this page to no avail.

    Thank You

    Hi saundramondragon,

    .entry-content a {
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    let me know if its not working.

    Hi Hank,

    Find this text in your css
    a {
    color:
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    This is the wrong one. Replace it with the below css.

    a {
    color: initial; /*or any color which you required */
    text-decoration: none;
    }
