  • Hi….when viewing my site on an iPhone (I have not tested other Mobile devices) when I have a table or iframe inserted it seems to mess up the formatting of the page.

This page for example is a page that is CORRECT on the iPhone.

This page the formatting gets messed up when an iframe (or table) is inserted.

This is the iframe code I am using:
    [iframe width=”100%” height=”1000″ src=””]

I have tried a specific size also like 500 and it still does not work correctly.

    Any ideas?

  • What you’re talking about is “elastic” elements (something like that), either way, Nick La over at WebDesignerWall covers these topics but you’ll have to research them.

I know how to code elastic elements however, I don’t feel like explaining it and you’ll learn best with the proper resources.

    Best wishes.

FYI: I do not endorse WebDesignerWall; it is simply a reference.

    Thank you….that works great…..kind of! 🙂

It is NOT blowing out the page on the iPhone anymore ( and the elastic trick is working on the iframe itself but the HTML content I am pulling in is not scaling with it. Possible? Any ideas?

It works when pulling in a video or JPG

I know it can be somewhat tedious but you’ll get the hang of it 🙂 Also check for his explanation on redesigning “the Wall” – it’s an awesome reference when it comes to mobile adaptable themes, elements and images.
