Support » Themes and Templates » Twenty Eleven – How to fix the menu header?

  • Hello, I had a developer build this site:-

I am now having to use a technical developer to make some changes to the site but they are having a few issues with fixing the menu at the top so that it stays in a fixed place when you scroll up and down the page. The template is Twenty Eleven – can anyone help with some specific instruction as we’ve not been involved with wordpress sites very much.

    All help gratefully received.

He can start by changing ul#navigation from position: absolute to position: fixed, but he’s going to have to make some other adjustments for that to work cleanly. Your “technical developer” will know what I mean.

Yes – I think the getting it to work cleanly is the problem he’s having. I’ll have a word though!
