Twentlyeleven- edit look of comments form

Greetings!

I’m currently coding a website through wordpress. I am using the twentyeleven theme and modifying to my liking- you can view the website here-

All I REALLY want to do right now is edit the look of the comments form- really just the background color and the text color- I like its over all layout its just the colors. I’m TRYING to hunt down the css to do this but can’t find it. I tracked down the comment funtions into the functions.php but it really is just specifying loops for how the comments themselves look and I literally can’t find anything in the CSS. Is there something Im overlooking? Does anyone know how to go about doing this? Its so simple yet I’m finding it to be so complicated! Please let me know!
