    That normally means that a second copy of jQuery has been loaded by a badly behaved plugin or template and is overwriting the ‘official’ copy.

    Can you see a second jQuery installation somewhere in the HTML?

    Another thing to try is using the Rotating Tweet setting on the Settings Page that puts the JavaScript to “Load in footer”.
