WP Job Manager doesn’t work easily with WP to Twitter using the front-end submission, because it works by creating the Job post at the beginning of the submission process and only publishing it after all conditions are met; because of the use of timestamps in that process, new jobs created from the front-end are treated as Edits by WP to Twitter.

If you enable the option to Tweet new jobs on Edits & turn on the option to disable tweeting of edits by default, in the advanced settings, this should work for you.

    Big Thanks Joe!
I didn’t find “turn on the option to disable tweeting of edits by default, in the advanced settings”

is it under Special Cases when WordPress should send a Tweet or another place? But when I look att Twitter it looks like it working! Thanks!!

Yes, it’s there – “Do not post Tweets by default (editing only)” is the exact text.

You don’t have to turn that on in order for these tweets to happen, but it’s a useful protection against sending more a tweets than you intended.
