"Tweet Successfully Sent!" is displayed when it shouldn't be

If I edit an existing post, click “Don’t Tweet Post”, and update the post, WP to Twitter notifies me that “Tweet sent successfully.”
While it doesn’t actually tweet the update (as expected), it still shouldn’t tell me that it sent a tweet.
