tweaked theme doesnt affect other sites in multiste

    Hi everyone. i have created a multisite and i am using the twenty fifteen theme. i make changes to the theme including header image as a super admin, and it doesnt affect the rest of the sites that i create afterwards. please i need your help. Thank you
