• If you’re looking to use Ad Inserter in the WP standardized way instead of using Ad Inserter’s very limited custom shortcodes, you’ll need to install ShortCodes UI. ShortCodes UI lets you create custom shortcodes including using PHP code in the shortcode. Once installed, create a shortcode for each of your Ad Inserter blocks’ PHP code. You’ll need to enable the PHP code option in Ad Inserter.

Other than it’s non-standard way of creating shortcodes, Ad Inserter is a great program so far! Nice work, “spacetime.”

    Hi, thanks for this tutorial.

I will try to implement standard shortcodes in the next version.
