 * Dinamiko,
 * I seem to have problems with the links. I created categories and portfolio items.
   I inserted the shorcode on a page and I got a gallery but the items link to “
   nothing found” pages.
    I also can’t get the single view to work, not sure where
   or how to insert the shortcode. I replicated what you have on the help screenshots
   with no luck. Do you have some kind of tutorial, step by step or video on how
   to successfully use your plugin. I want the thumbs to link to the portfolio item
   in single view with picture and description. I really like the features and I
   want to use it!
 * Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much!
 * Virginia

 * Hi itvirginia,
 * your theme has a single.php template file?
    can you post a link where I can see
   the error?

 * seem to be related to permalinks…
 * try this:
    in Settings / Permalinks check the Common Settings / Default (the
   first checkbox) and Save Settings
 * once you do this, tell me and I check again, thanks.

 * Ok! That worked. I did it and then back to the setting I wanted.
    Now, how do
   I get the view=”single” to work the way you have on the vertival image (is there
   a vertical feature?) Thank you, almost there! Virginia

 * ok 🙂 I’m using permalink: ‘Post name’ on all my projects.
    every time I have
   problems with permalinks, I go to the default setting, save, check again ‘Post
   name’ and save.
 * I don’t understand what means vertical feature 🙂
    can you tell more about? thanks
 * [dportfolio view=”single”] shortcode is for print the custom fields (client /
   website) if you like in your dportfolio posts.

 * Yes, that worked well!
    You have a thumb that says”ITEM VERTICAL FEATURED IMAGE”
   How do I get the view=”single”? It works now but it doesn’t look like yours,
   I like yours very much! Do you want me to open a new thread, even if it was included
   on the first message? Thanks, Virginia

 * [dportfolio view=”single”] shortcode is for print the custom fields (client /
   website)
    this shortcode isn’t related to the way the page looks.
 * I’m using Twenty Fourteen theme in the demo, and this is how it’s rendering the
   single page (the same for regular posts)
    if you like to create a custom layout
   for displaying the single post, you can work in single.php template html and
   css.
 * p.d. can you change the ticket title for something like ‘problem with permalinks’
   or similar? this way other users can find this ticket information, thanks 🙂

 * I would like to change the title to “problem with permalinks” but I don’t seem
   to find the way to do it. I added a tag.
