 * Does tutor lms have new free theme if we install the latest the free tutor lms

 * Just to clarify, did you mean **TutorStarter theme**? TutorMate is actually companion
   plugin used to import demo content for TutorStarter.

 * At the moment, there are no new updates available for the Tutor Starter theme
   from our end.
 * Additionally, there is currently no new free theme being provided with Tutor 
   LMS.
