    Hi. am using Tutor LMS and Ultimate member plugins and i want to change user role when a student completes a curse.
    The problem is that the user role changes if the user completes the curse BUT is phenomenical.
    Actually role don’t really change.
    All permissions stays as is.
    Only if i edit the user and play back and forth the role all permissions changes.
    The same happens when a student submit a quiz.
    Please help.

    Hi @cvouzas

    Which action have you setup? “Change user role” or “Add user role”?

    The “Change user role” will remove all current user roles and leave only the role of your choice, and “Add user role” will add the new role to the user roles

    Hi, Change user role. because if i add add role keeps both of them.
    I have try to remove the role and add it again but is the same thing.

    Hi @cvouzas

    Seems a bit strange, are you assigning a custom role or a WordPress default role?

    With default roles the permissions works correctly but is possible that if the role you are assigning is a custom one, is possible that the plugin that adds this custom role needs an extra process to update the user permissions
