• Hello,

I’m experiencing the same problem. On my site, Turnstile doesn’t work when the form is inside a Elementor popup. This happens with both Elementor Forms and Gravity Forms (shortcode widget).
Has anyone been able to identify the cause or a reliable fix for this?

P.S. It feels a bit unnatural to create a duplicate post, but my previous comment was removed and I was explicitly instructed to make a new post. So here we are 🙂

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the info.

I’ve been unable to replicate this on my end, and have been able to get it to work fine on Elementor popups with my testing.

Do you have any caching/performance plugins enabled at all? If so, could you try temporarily disabling them and see if that resolves it? If so, please let me know what the plugins were.

    Hey @elliotvs

I have LiteSpeed Cache turned off and Cloudflare set to Developer Mode, but I’m still experiencing this issue in popups. I also tried disabling all plugins except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Simple CAPTCHA Alternative with Cloudflare Turnstile.

Additionally, I disabled Elementor → Settings → Performance → Element Cache and switched to a theme without extra functions.php code.

    Extra info:

In Chrome / Firefox, I’m seeing the same issue. First, it shows this error message:
    “Verify that you are human.
Please fill in all required fields.

Then I click Submit again, and the Cloudflare Turnstile (reCAPTCHA) appears.
Sometimes you have to click multiple times.

    Hi,

Are you able to share a link to the page with the popup so I can take a look?

    Hey @elliotvs,

Would it be possible to send the links by email or in a private message? 🙂
I’d prefer not to share links to clients websites publicly.

Many thanks! I really appreciate your effort, and I’m enjoying using the plugin a lot!

    Hey @elliotvs

Can you look into this issue? It still occurs even when only Elementor Pro and the Turnstile plugin are activated. I created a popup on a test website, which you can check here: Link

This website has only Elementor Pro and the Turnstile plugin activated, using the Hello Elementor theme. When filling in the form, it displays the messages “Verify that you are human” and “Your submission failed due to an error.” This issue only occurs when the form is used inside a popup.

P.S. I tested this in the FireFox and Chrome browser (linux).
