    I fixed this using a plugin…http://www.webmechanix.com/wordpress-plugins/add-posts-pages/!

    I answered my own question!

This helped me to get posts on my second page. But it moved all of my post to the second page. I have them in separate categories. How can I keep category A on page 1 and category B on page 2 only? Thanks!

    Hi Requel,

When you put the short code into “text” section of your page, put the category in that particular short code.

    For example:
    In “text” of page A put: [add_posts category=slug for category A show=30 h=2 full=true img=false]

    In “text” of page B put: [add_posts category=slug for category B show=30 h=2 full=true img=false]

This will ensure that the posts go to their correct pages.

Ok now I’m getting somewhere, thank you. Now with the full and img, no matter what I do I still can’t get it where it will only show the title and the picture. Even when I switch it with true/false it will only give me just the title or the entire post. I’m just wanting the title and post for now. Do I need to separate the code? Please let me know if you can help me with that. Thanks again.

I apologize, I meant I want the title and thumbnail to show, not post.

Nevermind, I got it all figured out! Thanks again! http://www.graduatesinglenowwhat.com

Very happy to see my plugin is making lives better 😀
Let me know if I can help or extend the functionality for you!

    Happy New Year!
