Turn on commets

    Hello support.

    I turned the comments back on on my site and they didn’t reappear.

    I tried to uninstall the entire plugin and the comments are still hidden.

    I need to reactivate the components, can you help me?

    Hello RBPlugins.

    I’ve updated the plugin to Version 1.0.13, but the error still persists.

    I tried to enable comments in the plugin itself under “Enable all Comments (comments on entire site will be turned on)” and comments were not enabled again.

    I also tried to disable the entire plugin, even so the comments don’t return.

    Can you help me?`

    We have tested everything and we can’t find the reason of such behavior on your side.

    Could you please tell me which PHP version do you have ?

    What is WordPress version do you have ?

    Do you have some cache plugins installed?

    Please post more details in the case if you still have some problems related to enabling the comments function.
