Turn off the date/time stamp in Posts? | WordPress.org

Is there a way to do this? This is mostly related to using WP for photograph management. I don’t need to display the date and time the post was made.

Sure..edit the theme’s index.php and comment out whatever you don’t want to know.

Look in your Theme’s index.php template for a tag with the word “time” in it. Comment it out or delete it. Something like this:

<small><?php the_time('F jS, Y') ?> </small>

Just remove the call from index.php of your theme. It should say <?php the_time() ?> with maybe some variables in the parenthesis.
