By default all Profile Pages can be accessed by everyone whose visit your website. Except there’s a plugin or you use any snippet to hide it.
– Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
– Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
– Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).

No, every site I have youzify is redirecting to login on even admin of the site. Which is important for being viewable by visitors.
Disabling the plugin activating perhaps ProfileGrid the user is viewable.
Turning off Youzify enables to view all members/user1 by buddypress only. But that profile looks nasty.
Only this plugin does not allow for any page even with a different theme. I’ve tried several themes. And checked all the settings in Youzify.
Why not take a look at the plugin in different themes?
No reason to use TwentySeventeen as it does this for all my other themes. 4 I’ve counted.
I believe this happened with either Youzify update or something. I don’t have old versions.
Without plugins enabled and only Youzify and BuddyPress enabled I don’t find anything in the themes that has use of “redirect_to”
As Youzify plugin has several of these. I don’t know if the redirect is used by WordPress since I’ve noticed this on the previous of the previous WordPress update.

It’s har do identify the problem without do a conflict test. I strongly sugegst you to do that.
If you don’t want to disrupting your website, I would recommend you to create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site.
Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

I’ve recorded this error as nearly correct now.
When in settings Youzify: Youzify Profile – Tabs Settings – Default Tab
If you set something like perhaps Invitations that I’ve set. Your site will then block all views on a profile not logged in and send them to your login page. Setting that to Overview will enable all users to look at each and another profile without being logged in.
I have not tested anything different than Overview and Invitations. But as I’ve said, invitations send users to login.
