turn off or change robots tag to make page indexable?

The coming soon page that the plugin creates contains a noindex robots tag:

<meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow' />

I’d like the coming soon page to be index-able by Google. Is there a way to remove that tag, or to output a different tag, like this one:

<meta name='robots' content='index,follow' />
