# Turn off date picker

 * Hi,
 * The date picker is not very good for birthdates (too much scrolling back in time).
   How can I turn it off / disable it?

 * Hello.
 * Currently we do not have a way to turn the date picker off, but you bring up 
   a very good point. The format is not good for birthdays. I will add finding a
   better one to our list of enhancements to make for future plugin updates.

 * Note: If you click on the Month and Year on the date picker you can browse by
   year and then decade. However, the UI is not great, because this is not obvious
   to the user.
