# Turn off categories

 * I have set No to enable categories. On the single event page it displays “Category(
   ies) No Categories”. How can I get rid of that altogether? I thought by saying
   no to categories it wouldn’t display anything on the page.

 * you can remove that at Settings > Formatting > Events > Default single event 
   format
