Turn off auto Updated T&C/PP page

    Is there a way to turn off the auto pop-up that forces the user to agree to the terms and conditions each time I touch the Terms and Conditions page?

    I add a space here or insert a new link and it makes all my users have to re=agree to the T&C/PP. Is there a way to turn that off?
