# Turn off Auto Open

 * Just getting started with this plugin. I created a video popup activated by a
   button that worked great! Then explored the use of Auto Open which worked fine,
   but decided not to use this feature, so I disabled the feature.
 * After disabling auto open the popup does not open but the audio from the video
   still plays.
 * Please advise how to correct this issue.

 * Additional testing has shown the use of autoplay seems to be the problem. The
   following popup is configured as;
 * <video src=”/wp-content/uploads/Registration.mp4″ autoplay> </video>
 * Configured with a button on the page to trigger the popup, with the intent that
   it will autoplay after the button trigger. Problem is it triggers when the page
   is loaded, not when the button is clicked.
