I am not sure if this is something I did or something that happened when I upgraded to the new version of WordPress. I am using a child theme of twenty twelve. * I followed all the instructions in “turn comments on or off” but there is still no place to add comments and there was a few weeks ago, since I was getting a few back then. Wondering if one of my plug-ins is causing a problem. I am a complete amateur so I don’t even want to get in to anything complicated. * Thanks for anyone who can help.
