Turning your “Pages” into Links

I’m fairly new to WordPress but I’m loving it much more than blogger. I’m fairly knowledgeable with all the code (simple HTML and CSS coding that is, nothing PHP or anything else).

What I’d like to do is have my “Pages” link to other webpages without bringing up any other pages in the blog. To reference, my blog is visible at: http://www.spencerboerup.com/blog

It’s still in development right now, but I don’t want to have my links in the sidebar as I feel they get lost. Anyone know if it’s possible where my text says “Blog Home” to add multiple other “Page” links that actually link out to other pages (like my home page and other things).
