Tumblr over wordpress

    Hello,

    I would like to ask for your opinions about using wordpress or tumblr.

    I already have self hosted wordpress, but I would like to use something like tumblr. I can use tumblr with domain redirect and subdomains OR I can use tumblr theme on wordpress.

    Which one sounds better?

    If I use tumblr, people can reshare my postings on their tumblr or I can use wordpress theme, then I will get more visitors to my own domain, but then people can only Like it via Facebook, comment or share on Twitter.

    Which one is better for getting more views and more visitors you think?
