The worst company I have ever dealt with!
It's been a month since I bought the Newaup Pro Theme. It is made with a lot of mistakes, the elements are crooked, in the wrong places, especially in the mobile version. Titles are cut off, theme colors do not match their promotional screenshot, and are not customizable.
Support does not work until you start writing reviews about them everywhere. They are interested in you only to get payment from you for the Theme, then they forget about you. They don't save your time. If you ask them to fix something, they take their time and do not correct all the mistakes that you pointed out to them, they forget about many mistakes, as if you did not write anything to them. They pretend to start working on the bugs, ask you to put five stars in the review, and then forget about you. Apparently they wrote many of the reviews here themselves in order to better sell bad Themes.
I bought Temu from them because I read good reviews, I was scammed, turns out they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Just liars and bums! They love money, but they don't like to work! Other people's time is worth nothing to them!
I have been in correspondence with them for more than a month, they have not corrected almost anything. They say that they fixed the errors and released an update, they don’t send files for updating, they don’t say how to update either. Why should we hire a separate programmer because of you? What were you paid for then?
As a result, almost nothing was fixed, in the mobile version everything is crooked and with errors. They are the worst programmers I have ever worked with! These are the worst businessmen ever!
