 * Our time to first byte for our site is 0.744s:

 * Using the same LSC settings on a different WP install, we have a TTFB of 0.181s:

 * to me this looks like network fluctuation , repeat that test you will see it 
   then gives like 0.1 second of TTFB

 * yeah, on my test it gives 0.195 seconds
 * this timing is always fluctuating , and you have CloudFlare which would increase
   some TTFB
 * you can purge your CF cache , then compare the TTFB on main request and static
   request with “cf-cache-stauts: miss” header.
 * if they shows similar TTFB , then that’s about what your server’s performance
   can give you

 * Did you add any custom parameters to your test?
 * I consistently receive ~800ms.

 * No, just chose the same server as yours, you can check from the report I provided
 * It always fluctuates though
 * sometimes I get 500 , sometimes I get 200 …etc

 * Try not using cloudflare cache.
 * cache static and dynamic fully via quic.cloud.
 * only use cloudflare for dns only.
