TShirt customisation – price per character embroidered

    Hi – I’m running a woocommerce clothes store and I need to be able to charge per letter embroidered on the item.

    So – Tshirt costs £20. A customer can enter up to 6 letters in a custom text area.

    Each letter adds £1 to the item total and the basket has to reflect the item plus a clear indication of which letters have been entered plus the associated cost.

    There seems to be plugins for custom messages (product add-ons etc.) but none which calculate cost based on number of characters in the message.

    Anyone have any pointers?
