Trying to upload single to multisite

I am uploading a single site backup to a multisite.

To do this, I have created a test/temporary multisite to upload the backup data so that I can download it again, them import it to its final destination in the new multisite.

However, when I try to upload the first time I get an error saying that I don’t have a Premium account, which I do. However, my two licenses are assigned to other sites, including the final destination.

Is this telling me that I need to purchase another Premium license for the test/temporary multisite to make this work?

Can an exception be made or a month be given so that I can upload and download the information in the right format?

I tried to post this on the paid forum but there is no post button. Frustrating.

I also sent email to the helpdesk and got a link telling me to activate Premium on the new test multisite which I have repeatedly tried to do without luck.
