Trying to Move WordPress from one host to another (6 posts)

Hey. I recently almost successfully transferred my blog from one website host to another. The almost part is that I forgot to change one thing. So my original blog is @ http://sparktechtt.byethost22.com and the one I moved it to is @ http://sparktechtt.x10.mx.

So the one thing I forgot to change was the link to access my wp-admin...

So instead of going to http://sparktechtt.x10.mx/wp-admin, it goes to http://sparktechtt.byethost22.com/wp-admin....

This therefore means that I can only log on to my http://sparktechtt.byethost22.com and not to http://sparktechtt.x10.mx.

How do i go about and make the change on the inside?

Did you change urls in Settings>>>>General to new domain name.
looking at your page links they are still pointing to old domain name.

Ok. This is what I did. I backed up the blog via FTP. I exported posts pages and so on. And I exported my mysql/php database. I wanted both sites working, the old one an the new one, so knowing that, I couldn't change it on the old one because it won't work. So how do I do that?

You can not have two domain names pointing to one wordpress
You can clone wordpress if you wish on add on domain name.

U don't get it do you?

    Oh boy.

I want http://sparktechtt.byethost22.com/ to go to http://sparktechtt.byethost22.com/wp-admin and http://sparktechtt.x10.mx/ to go to http://sparktechtt.x10.mx/wp-admin... But http://sparktechtt.x10.mx/ is a direct copy of http://sparktechtt.byethost22.com/. What I failed to do is change the WordPress address (URL) and Site address (URL) to http://sparktechtt.x10.mx/.

I need to know how to fix it...
