Hi, three things, please:

1) On the following page, it seems impossible to contact you unless we signup for a paid account; is this true?

2) On the following page, it is not possible to submit the form:
https://www.exactmetrics.com/gdpr-and-exactmetrics-everything-you-need-to-know/

3) In the above article, it sounds like it is not possible to use this plugin, and comply with GDPR, without upgrading to the paid version, and using your add-on; is this correct?

We do all of our support for Lite users here: http://exactmetrics.com/lite-support

We’re working on the comment form, we had to crank the reCAPTCHA level all the way up due to some spam but in doing so that seems to have broken it. We should have that fixed soon.

The articles on our site are simply geared towards our paid users since they have an add-on to automate many of the steps and also offer some helpful integrations. If you send a note to us using the form above, we can get you a copy of the current checklist for Lite users
