Trying to find the right blog

I’ve been looking all over the place at the various php blogs that are out there and notice that they all have different feature lists. I’m hoping that wordpress will have all of the features I would like to have, but haven’t been able to find them. Can anyone tell me if wordpress can:
post to the blog by sending an email somewhere?
post images?
