• Hello, I have some questions regarding the Pixel Browser and Serverside to try to find out what may cause the problem
The problem is my ads are not counting most of the events even when i exclude iOS devices from my ads
And serverside API is counting fewer events than browser but both are not getting it right
I have tried everything and searched everywhere with no answer, this is my second ticket here

I use Wp-Rocket and it is compatible but just to be sure i excluded the checkout, cart, and thank you page
Also Asset Cleanup Free and i did nothing directly to affect the pixel and when disabling the plugin nothing changes but just to be sure these are the general settings i use:
    Cache Dynamic Loaded CSS
    Cache Dynamic Loaded JavaScript
    Disable Emojis Site-Wide
    Remove “WordPress version” meta tag?
    Remove All “generator” meta tags?

I use Cloudflare, and my service provide Hostinger – Cloud Server – Litespeed Server – opCache

IS Reducing or disabling Heartbeat activity affect Pixel? Do the pixel use admin-ajax?
Is my Hosting limiting external calls? and can it affect it?
Can firewall or antivirus affect it?
I disabled WordPress index access for security reasons

I hope to find a fix because this affecting my website and 3 clients

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello there,
I understand that you’re having issues counting events on your site.

I would recommend disabling all these plugins for caching, performance, and firewalls, and see if that helps the situation.

Let’s make sure that they are not interfering and then we can proceed with more tests if necessary.

I contacted my hosting provider and they didn’t find anything, they suggested changing the PHP version
I can’t disable all cache at once it will affect my website performance so i will do it step by step over the next few days and get back to you

Just to be sure does your plugin use WordPress Heartbeat API? because i disabled Heartbeat control and now we get more sales reported on ads
By more i mean we had 4 sales and ads are counting 6 sales which is more than the actual number of sales

    Hi @colyz93,

Just to be sure does your plugin use WordPress Heartbeat API?

I don’t believe it does. I’m not a developer, but it looks like the plugin has its own heartbeat system.

If you could share with us a copy of your site’s System Status Report, we can help you check on other factors. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for suppzort.” Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Yes it seems to be the problem Wp-Rocket is affecting it
Now events manager in counting orders Purchase Event but it is not counted by Ads for some reason i believe the problem is with something called External ID and is not syncing Value for some reason

Okay, it sounds like you are on the troubleshooting track with WP-Rocket.

If you need further assistance, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
