Trying to Enlarge Logo and fit into Header…Losing Formatting

I am trying to enlarge my LOGO and have it fit into the header. When I enlarge it, the menu is pushed out. I have tried adjusting Header height and also padding in the menu with no success in the css stylesheet. I am not highly skilled in customizing CSS and desperately need help.
