I’m actually getting this error when trying to do multiple things in the Admin Dashboard, but JetPack is one of them. Any idea how to remedy this situation? Thanks!

    – Try re-uploading this plugin from a fresh download.

    – if that does not work, I recommend asking in this dedicated support sub-forum for better results so its developers and users can help you with this:

I’ve tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, and it’s still giving me the error. Though for some reason, it’s not just Jetpack. I get the same error when I try to go to the Updates page, and when I try to change the mobile theme in WPTouch Pro.

EDIT: I just posted over at the Jetpack forum too, so hopefully they have a way to fix it also. Though since it isn’t just Jetpack that is acting up, I hope someone here can help too. Thanks for the link though.

Actually scratch that, when I try to activate different addons in WPTouch Pro, it’s giving me the same error message. Somehow all of it is connected with that error.

    – There is no such thing as “WPTouch Pro” in the WordPress plugin/theme dierctories:
    https://wordpress.org/themes/search/WPTouch%20Pro/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=WPTouch+Pro

    – These forums are for free plugin/themes available in the WordPress plugin/theme directories. So please contact the developer/vendor directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your /custom/commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. The developers/vendors are responsible for supporting their custom/commercial product. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

Nevermind, I figured it out. I downloaded the latest version of WordPress, and copied the load.php in the wp_includes folder and replaced what I guess was a corrupt load.php file on my server and it corrected the issue.

    Glad to know it 🙂
