Trying to clean up site after getting hacked

My site got hacked last week and I’m trying to clean it up. I uploaded all the clean files from my local machine and got rid of the malicious code.

However, I’m now noticing that all of my 2009 posts are still corrupted. Google is giving me the message when I use Chrome that the site may contain malware.

I’m a little stumped on what the problem is. I’m not sure what is corrupted right now. Is it possible the database got hacked?
I went and looked at a 2009 post via phpmyadmin and didn’t see anything suspicious.
