Trying to change widget heading size column widths

Hi i’ve tried using every css code i could find online and none seem to fix this bunched up looking widgets issue.

If you click into the latest post- you can also see that the heading goes over the parameters of the green post outline/space/whatever (I’m terrible at knowing the precise lingo!)
