Trying to Change Permalink (NOT structure, the number itself)

  • Hello guys,

My issue is that I ran a wordpress-powered site on a hosting provider, who terminated my account randomly.

So now I’m using my same url on another hosting provider, again using wordpress. Obviously I don’t want to lose my old posts! So I want to keep the SAME permalink strucure but change the permalink number itself.

As you know, WordPress gives every post a permalink like <blahblah>/?123 …. I want to change that ‘123’ to the number it used to be when I ran the site before. But I’m not able to change that number!

There used to be an ‘edit’ button before right in front of the permalink, but it isnt there in 3.3!! HELP!
