Trying to build jump menu in front end to go from site to site on multi-sites

I don’t know if that is the best way to do it or not. I am really wanting to go for a geolocation automated redirect depending on what city the visitor is in, but for now, I am trying to at least get a jump menu so visitors can maneuver between sites. Would that be a function? I hate to hardcode it into the back end.
