Trying to build a basic recruitment website

Hi, I am very new to this so please forgive me.

I am trying to build a very very basic website that i can add a multiple of job vacancies onto that once they are clicked will open the details in another page..

Does anyone know of a template i could use or can someone offer any advice…

As you can guess, i am not a tech person so it needs to be simple
