Trying to add Custom HTML widget

    I have tried to add a Custom HTML market quotes widget to Left Sidebar of my Pen theme website and nothing is working. The HTML comes pre-written from quote provider and i just need to add it to my site. I have confirmed that the exact same widget is working on other websites. Can you offer up suggestion of a Widget that will work with Pen theme ? I have tried ‘Code Widget’ and ‘Custom HTML’ and neither worked.

    Hi there,

    Please don’t post links like that, there is a field next to Message that says “Link to the page you need help with”.

    There is no problem with the widget, the JS file mentioned in that code return some “502 bad gateway” error message and that’s why it doesn’t seem to work. You should tell them to check that.
