Trying to Add a new Template

    I have a wordpress web site. It has been a while since I have visited the site but I have finally found the time. I have updated it to the latest version.

    I found a theme / template that I want to incorporate into my wordpress site. But I have no idea even where to begin. I unzipped the file and I did not find any readme file. I only found several more zip files. Any suggestions?
