Trying to access PDF in the theme folder

A plug-in that I’m using generates PDFs and stores them on the server in the theme folder/sub-folder. Eg: http://beta2.voicecms.ca/EasternEdge/wp-content/themes/easternedge/PDF_EXTENDED_TEMPLATES/output/440/EasternEdgePolicyContract.pdf I need to be able to access that PDF through a browser after it’s generated but I’m getting a 404 error, even though I’ve double checked the path and verified through FTP that the file exists (file permissions 0705). Is there anything I can do about this?

I’m using the Gravity Forms PDF Extended plug-in.
