Yes, it has become increasingly confusing. Thank Facebook for it. I am afraid Facebook is asking for more information now and to approve your submission you have no other choice than to provide the information. All third party software has to go through this new process.

You are not very specific about what the problem is.
In the link you’ve told me, the creation of the Facebook application is not identical to the needs of yours.
Then, this does not work.
I think it would be wise of you to create a ‘how to’ step by step that would work with your plugin. Otherwise, I do not think others will be able to create this famous Facebook application
