    David has been incredibly helpful every time we’ve needed assistance with OttoKit. He replies quickly, gives clear advice, and even recorded a personalized video walkthrough to help us troubleshoot a tricky filter issue. He’s gone into our workflow to assist directly and helped us get our unsubscribe page working properly too.

    Even when OttoKit threw us a curveball and we had to work out a custom solution, David’s support gave us the clarity and confidence to move forward. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping users succeed.
