Do you know how? Could you be more specific please?
You can now download one from WP.com theme page. Look for this “Download Truly Minimal for your self-hosted WordPress site.” under Stats & Info.
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/truly-minimal/
That is the same version as from design311.com – it is the version which is used on wp.com and so there are no theme options, like in the original version. 🙁
Looking for this theme, too.

I’m so sorry, I don’t have the zip! Unless there’s a way to access it if it’s what you’re currently using? If there is, let me know and I’ll try to help.
hi. I’m using the theme on this site:
http://www.healthyneurotics.com/
I am very happy with this theme. And… I get a lot of compliments on the website because of it :-).
One thing I am having trouble with.
If I post for example a poem, it shows good in the poem itself (http://www.healthyneurotics.com/giving-birth-after-a-miscarriage/).
But it loses the ‘enters’ in the menu (http://www.healthyneurotics.com/category/poems/).
In the display to also show each new sentence to start on a new line, just like it does in the poem.
Can you help me with that?
To help you, I hope this link is helpful: https://www.dropbox.com/s/07haoqmb1qu9zmy/82f1e682_TrulyMinimal_v1.1.4.zip
🙂
My issue has been solved by using the excerpts-section.
