    EDIT – I have changed my review as there was an issue with the support system not flagging my support emails up as requiring attention. As soon as I brought this to Scotts attention the support was fast and fantastic. So please ignore the below replies as they no longer apply.

    I purchased the premium version so as to get a few extra bits of functionality and to get support for an existing issue. I had a few issues with 2 contact forms and Scott was kind enough to log into my site and troubleshoot both of the contact forms. The plugin itself works very well and solves all the requirements I have.

    EDIT – 07.01.20 – Support has gone back to non-existent. All emails to support have been ignored for over a month now. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY.

    We have replied to your support requests.

    I’d also like point out that we did solve your problems on June 18th, and June 20th. I tested your form multiple times and it was working correctly with no problems.

    Hi Scott,

    I have received no reply to the last 3 emails I have sent you covering a span of 2 weeks. Why is it I get a reply in a public forum for a free plugin (when you are protecting your public image) but no reply for support for a plugin I have paid money for?

    Hi David,

    1. The reason we didn’t reply since June 20th is because that ticket was closed on that day since your problem was fixed.

    2. I pulled up the ticket now and I see that you asked a new question 6 days later on that closed ticket. If you have a new problem, you need to open a new ticket. It works the same way on our site as on WordPress.org forms.

    3. I’m sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We honestly did try, but we don’t monitor closed tickets with problems that have been fixed.

    4. I just issued you a full refund for your May 13th purchase. I also created you a new free lifetime license key.
