    Thanks for using our plugin

    “Test mail process is fail” when ssl is not open.
    You can check Mail service is on in your hosting.

    After that check your test mail.

    Can you be more specific? I’m having this issue. Where do I check Mail service on my hosting to make sure SSL is open?

    Yes! you can enable Open SSL Service in your hosting.
